A professionally well managed shop clean, timely delivery,family business, never lost or damaged clothes. I have using this shop for well over 20 years and they charges are pretty reasonable. I have gone there for many years, and they lost my service at one point because they would not honor the same day service when I brought my items right at 9 AM (as advertised) and said I was too late, even though I had been a regular customer. After about a year of not using them, I gave them another try. Things went well for a few years until recently, there was a stain on my pants that didn't come off. I realized it when I got home, so I brought the pants back with my next batch of dry cleaning, still with the tag on it, as I had not worn them. My wife and I don't get a lot of dry cleaning done. Maybe 6 times a year. With that mentioned, I've been going here since for at least 7 years and have never had a problem. I don't need a friendly smile or pleasant conversation. I just want good work, and that's what they do. They even opened the door half an hour after closing time once to let me pick up my clothes.
