First time writing a review; in reading many reviews on IGD Plumbing & HVAC of Spring, Tx., I have read some negative reviews that just absolutely disagree with my knowledge and my experience with this company for both my residential and commercial properties that date back to 1st qtr. 2015. I have even noted a negative review written by a customer that is not even in Texas and therein not applicable. I have also noted complaint about things where from the description there was no doubt that the technician was correct and the homeowner not. Great service. Very punctual. He was able to assess the problem quickly and was even able to quickly look at another issue we had and we highly recommend Carlos to anyone who needs a plumber!
