It is a very good clinic but I want to make a suggestion with its staff, especially with the lady who is at the door when you enter, who takes names, to be more friendly and not rude. A smile would cheer up the person who is sick. She looks very despotic.
Good Community Clinic with experienced and courteous Doctors and support staff. Doctor Saima has the right mixture of “Compassion before Care” approach and explained everything in good details. Mr. Muzammil in the Admin staff is a Gentleman and was very supportive. Mrs. Shamsa at the Reception is a blessing. My wife and I had a good positive experience and Thank Everyone at the Ibn Sena Clinic for their professionalism.
Zohra, Estefany, and Maria at the Children's Clinic were so lovely, and Aftab and Brittney at the adult medical center were wonderful in helping me submit my study abroad paperwork on time!!
