Out of all the dance studios I have been to around the world, this studio was by far, my favourite. The space is homey, and all my dance instructors(Alisa, Seth, Joseph) were extremely nice, kind-hearted, and had a passion for dance and teaching. The classes gave me the soul cure; the space to move, dance, and feel free. I highly recommend trying a class

Everyone in my aerial classes(staff and students) are very welcoming to new people; and the teachers accommodate the regular students who have been taking classes and need a challenge. They balance it out well and the class is a fun! You definitely feel stronger in the arms and abs area.

I got to try the aerial silks class that focused on strengthening and it was very nice! It's clear that most of the students are regulars but they made me feel welcome. Got a good workout in and my arms and abs were sore after. This dance center is a bit too far from where I live to come here regularly but I would be curious about trying their other dance classes & maybe one day completing the beginner aerial silks series.
