My stylist was out on medical leave but her recommendations for her colleagues to cut and highlight my hair provided me with the same excellent services I have always enjoyed.
Stylist: Jo Protz is my usual stylist but James has cut my hair twice and is a wonderful stylist. Caroline did my highlights and I was very pleased with her work.

The professionalism, expertise, and creativity of Alan. He really took care of me. He took the time to listen and made suggestions to find a hairstyle that I would really like. Alan’s very creative, he did something a little edgier to my hair and also styled it really nicely. I would highly recommend his expertise.

I don't want to sound judgemental but sometimes high-end salons tend to disappoint bc the way they talk to you can be passive-aggressive etc.
I was so glad that this place wasn't one of them. In fact, the staff at the front was welcoming and friendly. She showed me around the salon (it's my first time here) and gave me coupons for my next visits.
I highly recommend you to make an appointment (I certainly did) because they are busy. There is no waiting time either, they take you right in.
