Doctor Matocha is great, but you have to deal with front desk (Lori) She is so rude, I had to find a different doctor.
I received a bill for a no show fee of $100 to an appointment I had cancelled with Dr. Matocha. I called and spoke to the lady in charge of billing (Lori). She was so rude I couldn't believe I was dealing with a professional in charge of customer service. Not only she was putting words in my mouth, but she called me a liar. I can't believe I'm being charged when someone so inept doesn't know how to do her job. Unfortunately it's my word against hers. Beware and stay away from this business. I've been seeing Dr. Matocha for ten years now. I trust his judgment completely. I also appreciate he offers extensive review for physicals. I highly recommend this office.
