I was referred by my doctor to Houston Medical Imaging (HMI) for MRI. The following day, I received a message from HMI to fill up the form on line. Although the form needs a little improvement in some areas, it did its purpose. This morning was my scheduled procedure. I was checked in quickly by the staff with filled up information that I did on-line with a bit of add'l info to fill up and sign. I waited for around 10 minutes and was called for the procedure. Their personnel are very professional, the equipment used is state-of-the-art that although I am claustrophobic, I was able to tolerate it. It is all white, wider and open on both sides. (Unlike the MRI equipment that was supposed to be used for me before which had only one opening, smaller in size and colored gray, which when I was inside I felt like I was in a coffin, so I push the alarm bottom continuously until they pulled me out, and the procedure was cancelled) To me, I highly recommend HMI for your medical imaging needs. I am very satisfied with their service
Everyone was so friendly and efficient! There was really no wait time. The gentleman who stuck me for the contrast, was very patient and good at his job.
They were very professional and very fast getting you to the scan and then getting you out.
