I was happy with the initial installation of my gutters, and have recommended this business to friends and neighbors. That was about 3 years ago now, and I recently noticed some of the ties on the downspouts came loose from the house. I called to see if that was covered by their warranty, and just a couple days later they had someone at my house to fix them. Not only did they fix the downspout they had done, they fixed the ties on a downspout that I hadn't realized my builder had installed. PHENOMENAL communication and customer service at a reasonable price, you can't beat that!

They are extremely focused on customer satisfaction from the management level to office to installer levels . If you have an issue they will address promptly and implement a change/improvement . They are an established BBB business w/ affordable pricing , quality craftsmanship and a customer focus . A rare combination in Houston and a great value !

We are very pleased with Kustom Gutters. Within 5 days we had the quote and the gutters installed. They look fantastic!! The installers were professional, courteous and efficient. They showed up on time and got to work. Now we have to wait till it rains to see the benefit of our new gutters. We highly recommend them!
