Very positive experience. Dr Lahmeyer took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, then provided answers and guidance in easy to understand terms. I never felt rushed. Office staff and nursing team were helpful and engaging. High recommend this practice!

Last Monday I had an appointment with Dr. Laurenzi for the first time. I have been working with the East Office over 10 years. The smile on her face while working with others made me feel very comfortable. When she called me to examine my eyes, she had a way of relaxing me and her patience are great. The new office staff are very friendly and have great customer service skills. It was good seeing Rosa Linda too.

Great place. Dr Yim is great. Girls up front are great and friendly. Only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is cause of the older lady Rosalinda that fits for glasses and puts in orders kinda rude and snobby attitude. She would benefit from some prayer and some customer service training. I overheard her "smart aleck" attitude with another customer as well. Otherwise great place, location, and staff.
