I didn't actually visit the store. However, I did send them a message regarding my issue. I received a callback informing me that they could not help me. And in great detail informed why they couldn't. Had I known those issues, I would have probably not bought the expensive Surface Pro. I was grateful for their honesty.

absolutely the best, knowledgeable, and helpful....repaired Dell with new hardrive, salvaged photos and much more, even guided me to correct software programs...dedicated to customer satisfaction.

The owner is incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to figure out why my computer kept blanking out. It turns out there was a short in the lid. He fixed it quickly and inexpensively.
