"Shane" arrived at the appt. time as arranged and diagnosed my refrigerator problem in 3 minutes. He returned with the parts that had been ordered and upon installation, my fridge works perfectly. His first visit was on May 8; he returned to complete the repair on May 23. The reason for the 4 stars: on his first visit, he said he would be back in 7 to 10 business days. When I questioned the time frame; his office has to submit the information to my home warranty company for repair approval, then parts are ordered and then another appointment is made. So I was without a refrigerator for 15 days, 16 counting when I called the home warranty company. That's a long time to...read full review
