Owner seemed friendly and trustworthy. No data was stolen but he wasn't as upfront about the flash process as they should've been. My device can no longer access Samsung features such as Samsung pass or Android video call. I would've like to know that before hand because I may have not gone thru with the process to have a phone that's not fully functioning. My calls were ignored while I tried to check on my device and I was told to come to the store to meet only to arrive right away n he left. A store in a nearby Walmart is cheaper n does better business. Taking my other device there.
