Love love love the staff! I lost my grandpa in December, and it was very hard on my family. The staff was very comforting and even got my family Shipley’s donuts upon request. The staff was able to ease a little bit of our pain on such a hard day.
01-02-2025 Very Poor management no knowledge of how horrible the up keep is. I went to visit my love one's I couldn't find them. I visit them on every occasion at least one a month. Or as weather permits. The area where they are buried gets flooded the water is pass you anke. They were so sunken in we had to use a kro bar to scarp away all the over grown grass. I spoke the manager all he could say was I'm sorry. I will look into it today and give your a call back today. I'm going to contact the news media. I'm going to be sure that every forgotten love one grave site gets taken care of.
Andy at Historic Hollywood Cemetery did a great job with fixing my dads bronze name plate on the granite base headstone in a timely and professional manner. Now I have piece of mind knowing my dads grave site won't be damaged. Over the years, the bronze name plate became loose and could easily be removed, stolen or swept away due to heavy rain or flooding. I called the office on Monday morning and it was fixed the very next day. Great job Andy. Big shout out to Andy and the entire team at Historic Hollywood Cemetery. I know I'll be in good hands when it's my time to leave this earth!
