I used this company a while back for a desk top crash. And was provided excellent and expedient service! In the last few days I had some lap top questions about my lap top. I spoke with Chris Steen even though I only had questions to ask I was reminded of the excellent Customer Service I had with my last computer when I reached out about my current one.
