I had a great experience at HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center. The staff was caring, professional, and attentive to all my needs. The doctors and nurses were knowledgeable and provided excellent care throughout my stay. The facility is clean and well-organized, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this hospital for anyone in need of quality medical care.
I went for emergency I was treated so quick it turns out need my surgery to remove my appendix I was transferred to the 9s to recover the nurses were so nice always checking me on me asking if I need something nurse uche ,Courtney,Corine ,vi kim ?and Sara good staff make you feel like home than you so much
Tiffany in ER department had the most positive and compassionate attitude I have ever experienced. My 8 day stay for pneumonia and AFib was very scary for me and my family but with the compassionate care from Dr Wilson and Dr Ng, we survived. The Rapid Response Team was on point and continued to check on me after the initial low oxygen scare. That gave me comfort and calmed my anxiety thru this hospital stay. Thank you 6th floor nurses and nursing assistants. Overall a positive experience.
