I was there today I arrived at 10:50 had an appt. for 11:00 am did not get checked in till 11:15 am, no one ever apologized for the wait or acknowledged people waiting.( a comment as to saying we will be right with you or I apologize for the wait goes a long way) my appt was only for a midcert which is supposed to be a quick appt. Its now 12:30 and I am still waiting for benefits. My 2 kids at this point are very tired and impatient so I left. 10minutes later i get a call to return for my benefits, but the lady on the phone was unapologetic and was demanding on when can I return to pick up benefits at this point I am just upset so I think I will transfer back to my old...read full review

I was there for over an hour past our appointment time. Not one but SIX people that came in after us got called in before us. We checked in at the front desk to see what the problem was and she said she didn't know but we should be called next. THREE more people got called before we decided to just leave. What's the point of trying to get help for my family if I just can't & have them suffer in their hot office with no AC while everyone else gets to go before us despite us being on time for our appointment.

I hate hate HATE calling the appointment line!! I waited 35 minutes yesterday with no answer before I had to get off the phone. Today I have waited an HOUR already with no answer!! ANSWER THE PHONE. It would take 2 minutes to be done with my call!
