They could not save my grandmother's piano economically......so they saved me a few keys and the wood she had written a note on ......bittersweet experience but they handled it honestly and proffessionally.
Fantastic tuning service for my c.1915 Bush & Gerts upright. Mr. Hardy knew exactly what he was doing and had my beloved piano sounding better than it has in years. Highly recommend his expertise.
