There is good and bad to this service and the good outweighs the bad. Drivers are so kind and nice........ great people. But the operation runs behind in picking up and delivering all the time. I live in a condo bldg where driver must be buzzed in to deliver to me, which means I must be home to do this. Service usually can run 2 hrs behind schedule which is inconvenience to me. I have to just be home all day on pickup and delivery days, cause do not know when they will need to be let in to bldg. Wish they could get their routes to run on time.
I question whether they even dry cleaned my clothings!! As shown in the pictures, stains still remain on many of my dresses. On the white dress, I was able to quickly wash off the stain with just water! They probably did not even wash that dress! It's one thing to not be able to remove stains, but it's another to not even send an apology or explanation for their failure. This is completely unacceptable. Also, some of the dresses are still wrinkled, which makes me wonder if they even pressed the dresses! What did they do exactly other than pick up and deliver the dresses back to me and then charged me?
Horrible service for wash and fold. All the clothes come back wrinkled and full of "white dust" on the clothes. False advertising for wash n fold service which is "we fold your laundry and return it neatly folded and stacked!"The dirty clothes I gave to them was in a better folding than what I received. And perhaps looked cleaner without all the white dust on. Your services was running out of laundry sheet or what?Extremely disappointed.
