I called around 1:30p on a Saturday. The tech showed up at 3:20p. He said he’d arrive between 3-4 and he arrived as promised. It took about 30 minutes for him to rekey 4 locks. The price is reasonable. The required time is reasonable. The customer service is impeccable.

The locksmith was helpful in explaining options of different locks. He tried all the keys to make sure they would work smoothly. When one did not work smoothly, he remade that one.
