Kat & Vivian did a phenomenal job and are the sweetest souls. I enjoyed talking with them & getting to know them. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the young woman working at the front desk was very unpleasant and rude. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but she wasn’t welcoming and acted as if she didn’t want to be there or help anyone. Other than that though, I did enjoy my first time there and will be back.
Stylist: Kat and Vivian are very talented and kind. Loved them both!

It was my first time a Gloss, and everyone was so welcoming upon my arrival. The techs that did my pedicure and my nails were so sweet and friendly. They welcomed me there and made sure I was comfortable. My nail tech went above and beyond. He gave me exactly what I asked for, asking questions along the way to make sure I was satisfied. He took his time and was extremely precise and neat. I love that. Even the checkout process was seamless and pleasant. I’m a stickler for customer service so needless to say, I will be back! Hopefully I have the same great experience!
