I was initially referred to this vet clinic/hospital by a friend after moving around the area. It's difficult to change a whole staff that knows your babies' needs. Dr. McCann is knowledgeable, interested, business oriented as well as compassionate. Yes, I have 5 cats: 2 ancients, 2 one-year olds, and a 6mo old kitten. They are well taken care of. My cats have vaccines, surgeries, med management, routine check ups, as well as grooming, spa, and boarding services. The staff is consistently helpful, caring, they listen, and always answer questions or concerns through their patient portal, very timely. Excellent service and staff! We recently had to switch our veterinarian due to unfortunate circumstances, thankfully we have a friend who trains search and rescue dogs and recommended Generation Pet to us. The staff is very welcoming and professional. Dr Mc Cann is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and just amazing! I trust her 100% with my Charlie and I'm at ease knowing he's in good hands. If you're looking for a great place to take your fur baby this would be it!
Always have a positive experience here. The staff is very kind. My dog has had three overnight visits, and you can tell they care about their patients. My dog gets excited as we pull into the parking lot.
Short waiting, I've always been able to schedule at my convenience, even last-minute visits.
