Found Mr. Carlos through an ad and he was very responsive. Got in quickly to clean 2 rooms and stairs of my mother's home, gave her all the expectations and she is thoroughly happy with her clean carpet.

I called the company, they told me that they charge me $ 49 for a room, they went to my house, the boy told me that according to the carpet he needed more than a simple cleaning and he wanted to sell me other Packages, I said no, just do the basic and he said no, grab one of the packages or i would leave...because he was not going to waste his time with a carpet that needed more than cleaning !! So I had to grab the package and in addition to that I was paid 20 cash for being second floor ... a lie of company , I finishing paying $120
