This is not a company that gives "compassionate" care. There nurses are "contracts employees" Which means you have to schedule your care at their schedule not yours. Don't try to get care on the weekends. The nurses can say no they don't want to come. If they can't get a nurse to come on the weekend they just discharge you! Trying to get supplies is a nightmare. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

I’ll never know if their care is any good. It was not until my fourth call and multiple calls to the doctor’s office that they told me I was “not in network.” If you are unable to tell me in the first contact you don’t work with Medicare, you are in the wrong business. The person that answers the phone speaks unintelligible English.

Wound care with Lis was great! I healed very quickly after 3 rough months of multiple surgeries. Karim was PT was an awesome therapist! Good people, communication was great and care was taken seriously. Would recommend to my own family.
