I use the groomers once before and they did a good job. The second time i try to use them i called a few days in advance to set up a appointment and we agreed on time and day. When that day came i pulled up to there house and was outside in the car with my dog. I message them that im outside for my appointment. They were not even home for my appointment. They message back saying We Are Gone. What a waste of time i was very upset. They message me back say come on Tuesday so i agreed SMH . Call for my poodle and was told the wrong location. I drive to the location only to find out that it was no longer there walked around for 10 minutes looking for it. I called 7 times no answer. I talked to other stores by the said place and was told they moved locations and they think it was down the road which was not it. Worst costumer service I 100% advise to avoid this place. They don’t even know where they are at ridiculous.

She SHAVED a Siberian Husky! It's been a month. He was shivering! You NEVER SHAVE a Siberian Husky! If I could I would give no stars! He looks terrible. She shaved everything but his legs, face and tail. He howled and he never does that! So sad!
