Very grateful we found Victor at Foresight Engineering and Inspections. We needed a structural engineer fast and he was able to be out that day. They had the report back to us the next day. He is very prompt and professional. Ruby at the office is also very responsive. Definitely recommend.
Very prompt, thorough, and professional. The report was completed super fast. My client urgently needed a engineering report on the foundation for a home they are purchasing. Victor, the president and owner, understood the urgency and was able to get them what they needed timely and thoroughly. I will definitely refer them again. Amazing service!
Victor was able to schedule us with short notice. He arrived the next morning and was able to fit us in. He spent a good 2 hours on a home we were about to purchase. He was able to explain his findings and why the recommended repairs we're needed. He also made himself available for follow-up phone calls. As a result, we were able to negotiate the price of our new home. Highly recommend them.
