In April 2024, we hired a National Flooring company to install luxury vinyl floors in approximately 1,900 sq ft of our home. Unfortunately, the install from the national company was an utter disaster to say the least and the company's response to us was that there was nothing they could do. Even when the second installer they sent told them that the work was a full replacement and it can't be repaired, it is a whole replacement job.
Not knowing what to do, we stopped by Floors for Living on West Rd. and had the fortune to talk to Alton Brown. The first thing he addressed, before we told him what was going on, was the float scam other companies... read full review
