I don’t know how my experience with Floors Etc. could have been better. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I had carpet removed from 2 rooms and a large closet and the new hardwoods are a very good match with my original floors. My new floors are beautiful!

Floors Etc. did a great job on the faux-wood floors we had in our new house. They had a thorough inspection, and recommended a reasonable quote (eschewing the more expensive options, even though it would mean more business for them). Their pricing and communication were excellent. I would love to recommend them!

Floors Etc. did a great job with LVP flooring for our guest bedroom. We were kept informed of material delivery, installation timeline, and the estimate was exactly the same as final invoice. We would not hesitate to use them again!
