Best experience. Holly and the staff are great and funny. They make you feel comfortable an relaxed. They pay attention to detail and make sure every nail is designed with perfection. They also do their very best to make sure your design idea come to life or they will make suggestions that make it look even more beautiful than you could have imagined. I have not been disappointed yet and that says a lot because I am very picky and will leave a store or service if Customer Service is horrible. So far they have the formula for success and I pray they continue to operate in this manner and they will increase and have to open a second location.
I've been coming here probably since they opened, and I have honestly been happy with every manicure I've gotten! I usually get the dip powder on my nails, and the nail techs are able to get it done so quickly and still do a great job, which I really appreciate. Out of all the nail salons in San Marcos, this one is my favorite!
This place was recommended by a friend, and Chloe did her nails the past few times she's been. I wanted to go and get my nails done by Chloe but I was told she doesn't work there anymore. I trusted the nail techs knew what they were doing, but the shape and design could have been better. I've never have a nail tech not check if the plate of the nail isn't straight or buffed evenly. My nails were left with an off egg shape when you look at them from the side. Mike did my nails and I thought they were beautiful but then they had the audacity to charge me $65 for such a bad job. So I will not come here again. Overpriced for their "salon" where obviously they don't know what they're doing.
