FirstLight Home Care went out of their way to accommodate my caregiver needs after my hip surgery. I am grateful to Namita, the administrator, and all the caregivers for their assistance, patience, and flexibility. They were attentive, compassionate and respectful.In particular, I will be forever grateful to Linh N. She is kind, conscientious, knowledgeable and professional. Needed in home care after breaking both bones in my ankle requiring surgery. Excellent company who provided the assistance we needed. All of our 'helpers' were very helpful but John was 'OUTSTANDING.' John is always-on-time, he just senses what we need and does it wihout us having to ask --- very observant and adapted to our lifestyle -- he became an 'extension' of ourselves and we are thankful to have met him. WE CETRAINLY RECOMMEND JOHN AND APPRECIATE HIS ASSISTANCE.
We used FirstLight for my grandmother for at least 6 years and there are some really wonderful care givers at this company who were extremely patient with my grandma who could be rather tough! They had endless compassion and one caregiver in particular, Linh, would go above and beyond and my grandma was so thankful to have her around. They became best friends! Now we use FirstLight for my mom and her caregiver Antonia is extremely giving and diligent. I know it will be a safe and positive time when she is there! Several other really sweet caregivers too. Endless great things to say!
