Dr. Nguyen has done 5 adjustments to my fathers bottom dentures and my father still can’t eat properly and complains of pain whenever he bites down into food. He has grinded the denture plate down so much after all of these “adjustments” that the plate is almost translucent when you hold it up to the light. My father has also been given the runaround by staff and has often had problems scheduling his appointments due to “staff being out” or no one answer the phone, this is completely unacceptable! If you’re getting paid to do a job then do it to the best of your ability and don’t try to get over on senior citizens. This is no way to treat longtime patients....read full review

I enjoy the staff here. Dr. Nguyen is a relaxed professional. Sometimes there are waits but the are reasons that there are couple of patients who run late to their appointments so it backs up a tad bit or someone's teeth needs a lot loving to deal with. ?

Appointments are always 1+ hr late, no apologies from the dentists, but you're going here for their low prices and insurance acceptance right?So expect low standards from the dentists. They won't be doing the best job they can for you here. It's always painful going here and I dread coming every time. I'm currently on the lookout for a new dentist
