Jim did a fantastic job on my 24 year old carpet! I've had other companies clean the carpet but not as good as Fantastic Carpets. It evens smells clean and most every stain is gone!

Jim really knows his crafts and cares about what he does. He came out to the house and helped with our sofa that had dog owners previously. The smell is gone and we couldn't be happier with our clean sectional.
