Fantastic Carpet Services really lived up to their name! This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had with cleaning our bedroom carpets. We were preparing for last minute house guests when we noticed that the bedroom carpet looked very bad with old pet stains and water stains from where we had previously tried to clean it ourselves. My expectations were pretty low since the carpet is old and badly stained. But Jim really worked miracles and it ended up looking great. I honestly couldn’t believe how much better the carpet looked. I cannot say enough good things about fantastic carpet services. This small business (owned by a husband, Jim, and wife, Sherry) has been a family business for years. Jim is an expert with 45 years of experience in the industry having worked with his grandparents as a child. He saved us by patching (almost imperceptibly) two carpet snags and tracking down a near identical carpet to the rest of our home for a room that was beyond repair and cleaned our carpets in the remaining rooms for a competitive rate. Jim and Sherry are both very professional and also just delightful to interact with. Can’t thank them enough for the work they did for us!

Jim and team have been doing some contracting work for my family on a couple of houses including projects as simple as ceiling repair/texture/paint all the way to full carpet, paint, stairway rail build out, and trim work. They've done a fantastic job, the crew is super friendly and efficient, and I've been extremely pleased with the work. Highly recommend.
