This workout is amazing!!! Coaches are great at midtown location. I’m so happy they have a 5:15 which works into my crazy schedule. It’s affordable on a teachers salary. And they continue to text you to help you with nutrition and goals.
Very nice trainers who genuinely want to help you reach your fitness goals. A comfortable and supportive space too. I enjoy the sessions a lot and usually look forward to them. Very great energy - not overwhelming or overbearing - perfect for someone who wants to get active with a group of similarly motivated (and very non-judgmental) people.
Always have a good time here ! :) Coaches are amazing, community feel is great! Everyone is so friendly and it’s a great encouraging atmosphere to work in ! I love working out here and will continue my fitness journey with them :)
