Hasan was very helpful and considerate. He went beyond what most sales people would to ensure we were able to find what we needed.My floor looks fantastic!I did have an issue with the molding around the baseboards, (NOT EZ Floors fault), it was a problem from original installation many years ago. So the 1/4 rounds supplied did not really work. I returned the 1/4 rounds to the store and again Hasan stepped up and helped me out and made things right. This house has never had flooring this nice before. Thank you Hasan and EZ Floors. Good Job!

Exceptional service and price. Just stop looking because I did the leg work for you. We needed to replace carpet with vinyl for about 800 sqft second floor and stair. I got 3 quotes from 3 other stores, but thought they sounded a bit high, and then I came across EZ floor. Hasan the sales rep was the nicest guy ever to work with and didn’t try to sell anything other than what we needed. He quoted me half the price of the other stores for both labor and materials. I had to confirm with them because I didn’t believe it. The installation crew had a backlog of work (no surprises) so 2 weeks later they came and get the job done in 2 days. Great customer service by Chief at EZ Floors. He pulled samples that were exactly what I described, and helped coordinate with existing cabinetry and furniture. Provided an estimate within minutes, prices are great. We ended up preferring the look of another floor but the service here was excellent and I would refer any friends or family to Chief.
