They keep the doors locked for everyone's safety, that's also a plus. Unless it's in a bad area?!? They are very busy so make sure you're punctual Anyways... Staff was nice and accommodating not trying to upsell which is something I truly appreciated. My service completed, I felt a bit awkward feeling like I had curtains on my eyes. The feelings vanished after my initial reaction. I did the (I forget not the natural but the one after). 3 weeks later, hardly any lashes have fallen off, they look so good and this is definitely an added part to my beauty routine. I don't think I'll try about her studio. I'll come back to Hope Lashes for the service and great attitude. I was given a lil gift for my special day as well. “I've been to Bespoke once for the initial service and once for a touch up. Planning to return for another touch up soon. Both visits were great and the results were satisfactory. I felt nervous on my first visit, but for my touch up, felt completely comfortable and confident about what was to be expected. My friends have mentioned they found cheaper options, but I would personally pay a bit more and stick with Bespoke. Just the assurance I have is worth every penny.“
