I wouldn't consider having your home tented for termites a fun experience, but Coastal Fumigators made it a smooth one. Chuck was knowledgeable and informative during the estimate, prompt in getting us the estimate, the team was very efficient in performing the work, and they were great at communicating with us about the progress. The only issue we had was with the landscaper they recommended to prepare the house for tenting. I've already rated Fernando with Gemini a 1 out of 5 stars for being unreliable and difficult to work with. Unfortunately, he's the only game in town for the prep work needed to use Coastal for tenting. But definitely 5 out of 5 for Coastal.

I thought I had termites, they sent out an expert to determine the situation and discovered it was carpenter ants. They provide an option of telling you where to purchase bait etc, or opting for them to treat. I chose to have them treat. They have been doing my pest control for many many years and their technicians are first class, knowledgeable, respectful both in attitude and their respect of your house and privacy. I can highly recommend them.
