I've been here a few times. Customer service is fine. I don't see anything wrong with how they dry clean the garments, but I do have concerns about the way they decide what to charge for particular garments. I brought in two jackets and was charged about 6 dollars per jacket. A few days later, I came back to drop off another similar jacket (same material and size) but this time they said it was a coat, which would have been 18 dollars. The inconsistent pricing and charge really throws me off. If they would be consistent with what is a coat and what is a jacket, I would continue to give them my business.

We've been customers for years, as have many of our neighbors. I travel for work and same-day or next day service sure helps with packing. I've had alterations done beautifully and have never had an issue with quality service. The drive-thru is great on rainy days or just when you don't want to get out. You can pay at drop-off or when you pick up. If you misplace your ticket, they'll look you up by phone number. Overall, I'm a loyal, long-time customer, who is very pleased with Elite Dry Cleaners on Blackhawk.

Neighborhood dry cleaners! I moved out the neighborhood (Thanks Harvey?☹.) I still drive back. When you find a good thing, you can't leave it. I've had alterations done and they were perfect and cheap. That zipper ain't working, don't throw it away. They have drive in too if you don't want to get out. Thanks Elite!
