“Great service. Came here for an alteration to my pants and they got it done fast and the results were great. I had to come back because I didn’t get the hem up long enough and thats’s totally on me. The owner stepped in the second time and brought out a ruler and recommended a higher hem up than what I was asking for after I explained the style.

Normally great cleaners.
I had a bit of an issue. My husband had gone to drop off the shirts and he arrived a little bit early so he stood outside 15 minutes after the store had opened no one was there to greet him. He did not just want to leave his shirts unattended. He left him frustration because he had a meeting to get to. Customer service is everything. As stated in the research once bad news gets out it’s told to 25 people. Recovery is hard. Just an FYI, I had later pointed out too my husband, the 24 hour drop off for the shirts. As I mentioned, this is not of the norm as I’ve seen in the past, but customer service needs to be the top priority.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Comet Cleaners for the first time, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the moment I walked in, John, their attentive staff member, made me feel welcome and appreciated. Not only did he provide exceptional service, but he also offered me a generous discount as a first-time customer.
