Dominic's Ultimate Pilates Studio

This is a high quality, independent studio run by an exceptional teacher, Dominic. I taught Yoga for over 20 years and have a little insight into what it takes to be an excellent teacher. He knows most students by their first names and makes individual adjustments on the fly according to their abilities and interests. Students are very loyal and they make new students feel welcome. Lots of comradeship at the studio. He also supports the larger community via an active Toys for Tots program and related efforts.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! I had a first timer class today and the integration I experienced was wonderful. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or left out. Dominic is truly masterful in his class management and how he handles the business of his clientele during session. Damion was also very helpful and quick to get me situated on the admin side. I’m already a fan and this was my first class! Solid recommendation for newcomers to Pilates and those with distinguished standards for service and experience.

I walked into the studio not knowing what to expect, but I had heard that Pilates was great for building core strength and I had tried mat pilates at a club that used to be open nearby. Still, the reformer seemed like a whole other thing with springs and ropes and overhead bars with fuzzy padding.
