I've been using this dry cleaners for almost ten years. They've never lost anything. Knock on wood. Lol. I also keep track of my tickets. I see how hard it is when people don't manage their tickets.

Update 5/29/2018Until today I have enjoyed every experience here for over the past two years since I started bringing my clothes here. Queenie & John and the sweet ladies in the back have always been great to me. Never a hiccup in service, always top notch.Last week prices increased and new people are running the front counter. Today the woman tried to collect money from me that I paid last week. I ALWAYS pay in advance. I was offended today when the new counter woman accused me of not having paid. That is the new GUY'S fault, not hers but I do not need their drama.They now struggle to find my ticket at pickup. Want me to fill out all the info at dropoff. Queenie always...read full review
