Horrible experience, strongly advise against small businesses using this firm. From lack of response to problems to failure to correct them. We have had to hire a new accountant to amend our 2022 business tax return. My favorite of all the problems was when asked why we were quoted $2000 and then invoiced almost $5000 I was told that was difficult to explain.The irony, a CPA telling me they couldn't supply an itemized statement for services rendered

We submitted financial information for D&M to do an analysis; after several months later , I followed up with emails and calls only to find that the CPA that met with us was no longer working at their offices, but the "cherry on top of the cake" was that all the financial information we submitted had disappeared .... read full review

We had to move to this company because our CPA sold out to them. We were given a CPA Named Carol! The 2 years we have been there, every time I call or email her and I quote, I am too busy with my Big Accounts, to speak to you, I am working 60 hours a week and if I have time I will try to get back to you! I am a small company and 67 years old, and for the first time I had about $295,000.00 in my account because 1 of my accounts paid for us what they owed us for 3 years prior! I had contacted her numerous time to help me decide what to do with the money as not to have to pay a $81,105 in taxes on this money!
