Bobby came out and fixed our lock within 10 minutes. He did an awesome job and was very personable as well. He double checked his work and went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. What a great job. I highly recommend Dixie Safe & Lock.

Doorknob at my office was in bad shape. Alex took a look at it and was able to fix it and save me a lot of headache. I would definitely recommend Dixie Safe & Lock. Polite, professional, and efficient. That's my trifecta!

I recently contacted Dixie Safe & Lock for a quote on two buildings. They promptly scheduled an appointment, and their representative, Alex Baker arrived on time. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. He clearly explained the next steps and assured us that we would receive a detailed quote within a few days. Overall, a very professional and pleasant experience.
