Stopped by today to make a purchase for my kitchen’s backsplash, waited 30 minutes and nobody came to ask if I needed help so I left and went to another location. Poor customer service!!

They ignored me for 30 minutes. I would have been happy to schedule an appointment, but no one spoke to me and the website did not indicate that an appointment was required. A very negative experience- I won’t be going back.

Have been trying for 6 months to get a response from this store - trying to place a very large order for a custom tile - they made a sample in the wrong finish (took 3 months and multiple follow-up calls to get it too) - was asking them to make in the correct finish/that I initially asked for. the senior salesperson who was supposed to get the correct sample does not respond to my calls or emails - it’s a shame because I really wanted to order the tiles if they could make what I wanted - I have to place an order by the end of the month no matter what, so I likely can’t order from them since they seem to think that they are too good for me/too important to respond...read full review
