I submitted my docs in April, was told that since I would be getting a refund so I can go past the deadline. have been given the run around and they quit responding to calls, email, and even fb messages. As much as these people charge, you would think they would care about their clients that have done business with them in the past.Now I have to file by paper and who knows how long that's going to take to get my refund.
