I am often skeptical of positive reviews. This makes it a challenge for me to write one. I needed to replace a wooden fence with a metal one. I had no room for error since one part of the fence was against my house and the other against a gate. I sent measurements and requested a quote. I liked the quote but when Agustin came out he corrected my measurements.They installed the posts then came out and finished the fence. It fit like a glove. Agustin told me that the crew on my job had been with him for 20 years. These guys are old school. They do it one time and do it right. Oh, one more thing. We had 2 iron gates that needed replacing. I called Custom Security Fence & Iron Works and spoke with Emilio. Emilio was able to come to my home in The Woodlands the next day, to take measurements and give me a quote. Emilio was extremely professional and very polite starting with our first phone conversation and throughout the entire process of replacing the 2 iron gates. The 3 man team arrived on time 10 days later as promised, to install the 2 new iron gates. The 3 man installation team were professional, polite, friendly and worked hard to complete the job to perfection, in a heat index of 106.
