This florist is horrible. Day late on delivery and wasn't what I ordered. This was a suprise for my anniversary and they ruined everything. Worst florist I have ever delt with. Delivery was like a grubhub delivery. They were even late on the second day of delivery. Beware of this place!
This business has a bad reputation and friends have told me of their negative experience with late arrival and very poor quality, even dead, flowers arriving in their arrangements. Looked them up with Houston area BBB, where they have, not a surprise, a very low standing / rating and don't respond to neither numerous customer complaints, nor to BBB regarding these reported complaints either. It's amazing they even stay in business. When I called to ask them where their business is located, the person hung up on me. What legitimate good business does that? -Concerned consumer and resident of Houston

First photo is what I ordered and second photo is what I got with dead flowers in it and not even close what I paid over $85 for. Then called to ask them why this happened & the lady screamed at me & cussed & hung up offering no help & didn't even offer to redeliver or a refund or anything. WORST FLOWER SHOP EVER
