Cool Care has been really great to work with. Nobody likes to deal with AC problems, but if you're in that bad spot, these guys are really nice and helpful to get you through it as painless as possible.
Cool Care providing outstanding service in doing a full replacement of my outdated HVAC unit. To start, in their free estimate of the property, they were by far the most diligent and knowledgeable of what exactly my home needed, from unit size and new ducting, down to grill replacements in certain rooms.
Cool Care helped get us the right price and financing for our needs, and we’re extremely communicative throughout the process. My AC stopped working this weekend and things got steamy real quick! I sent out an SOS to Cool Care and they contacted me first thing the next morning, got me on the schedule, and had things replaced and working again within 40 minutes of their arrival. The techs were incredibly polite, thoroughly discussed the issue and their intended solution, and provided an overall excellent experience with excellent service!
