Community Dental Care: Uzoaga Enyibuaku R MD

This dentist office is really close to my parents house. It's a very convenient location for me. I contacted them through their website. It was very easy to say an appointment with them. I was doing this at the end of the year in December on a on Friday morning. I had picked them because they do take my dental coverage which is Delta Dental. When I arrived at appointment there was only one other patient. They had me fill out some paperwork. The wait was not too long. First they took my x-rays. I had an outstanding patient care experience starting with the scheduling of the appointment through the check-out. everyone with whom i interacted was professional and friendly. Dr. Nguyen was caring and attentive, and explained everything she was recommending for my treatment in detail. I highly recommend and would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

The office isn't very clean and is not organized in my opinion. I was dissatisfied with the process and the staff was not friendly. No manners seem to be apparent in this place of business and it seems like a hustle to get you in and out. One can appreciate efficiency however when the cleaning is shorter than the process to get my teeth cleaned, I think there is a bit of an issue with organization and flow. Never have I had a dentist perform my cleaning either.... honestly I left with a feeling of being attacked. Was I actually attacked, no, but did it feel rushed and chaotic, yes. Think about upping your game in the customer service area and clean up the office.... read full review
