From the first visit with the technician (Shane) up to the installation crew of the equipment that I needed, this was a top notch experience with this company. The best AC repair I have had come to my house. We have had our AC worked on several times and it is never done right. I learned some things and the repair man took his time and made sure he fixed the problem. Will definitely use them again.

From the moment I contacted them when i got home from work which was after 5, I couldn't have been more pleased. They scheduled a technician for the same evening. Comfort Star installed my unit five years ago and have always been a pleasure to work with. They check my system regularly. Jeremiah the technician was personable and very knowledgeable.
