I love the service here! When your clothes are ready you will receive a text message.They never miss a beat! My clothes have never been damaged, especially my blouses. Each item is always intact when I pick them up. This location is very customer friendly. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this facility. I dropped off a comforter in early March and received no ticket (in hindsight I should have requested one). When I stopped by to pick up my comforter they did not have it. I left my phone number and message to be called back my the manager so that I can file a claim but no one has called me back in the last few weeks. I've now called up try and speak to someone and no one answers. Unfortunately the guy in person (and on the phone) is the one I have my comforter to so I can't seem to get ahold of anyone else to try and resolve this matter. Either do not take your stuff here or make sure to get a ticket.

Max, Vickie & Bailey are the best!!! In on Monday (10/9) for alterations to a jacket I needed by Friday (10/13). Max took my measurements quickly & safely, Vickie confirmed with the tailor that it would be ready for pick-up on Friday after 5pm. Thursday afternoon (10/12), I called to confirm that we were still on schedule & Bailey let me that all was good.
